Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund under the following terms
- The course fee is non-refundable as each batch is limited by the number of seats (This applies to both online and offline batches).
- In case a student is unable to join the scheduled batch, they will be allocated to another upcoming batch.
- One-time re-sit access to the class is provided to revise the course in case students need additional revision.However, eligibility for the revision class depends on the student's fee status, attendance records, trainer feedback, and available seats in a batch.
- In the event of any refund request, the date of Xperience access will be checked. If module access has been granted in Xperience, no refund can be initiated after admission.
- It is the responsibility of students to complete exams within a maximum of 30 days of finishing the course. If a student fails to complete the exam before the allotted date, they are required to undergo a revised examination syllabus or pattern in case of a delay in taking the exam.
- Module access to this course is limited to 4 months. All students are required to certify within 4 months of gaining access.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
