1. Introduction
Welcome to RedTeam Hacker Academy (“Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are a global cybersecurity education provider, delivering training in ethical hacking, penetration testing, cyber defense, and advanced information security programs through our RedTeam Xperience, Learning Management System (LMS).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, access, and use of our LMS, learning platforms, course content, labs, and related services. By registering with us, purchasing a course, or accessing our LMS, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Our Mission
RedTeam Hacker Academy is committed to building a safer digital world by educating students, professionals, and organizations in cutting-edge cybersecurity skills. We provide quality education, hands-on labs, and industry certifications that meet international standards.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
- You must comply with local laws when accessing and applying cybersecurity knowledge.
- Our courses are intended for lawful educational and professional development purposes only.
4. Account & Access Rules
- Each student must use their own LMS account.
- Login credentials are personal and non-transferable; sharing accounts is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
- RedTeam reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of misuse or credential sharing.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
As a student of RedTeam Hacker Academy, you agree NOT to:
- Use knowledge gained for illegal hacking, cybercrime, or unethical activities.
- Share, resell, or distribute course materials, labs, or recorded sessions without authorization.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, LMS, or other students’ data.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in relation to our certifications.
- Use our brand, logos, or course content for personal/commercial gain without written consent.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access, revocation of certifications, and potential legal action.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All course materials, labs, software, logos, trademarks, and certifications are the intellectual property of RedTeam Hacker Academy or our authorized global partners.
- Certain training modules, labs, and certifications are provided under license from international partners (e.g., EC Council, INE Security, CompTIA, Cisco, Exemplar Global, and others). Intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective owners.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access training content for educational purposes only.
- Recording, copying, or redistributing training sessions, lab instructions, or exam content without written permission is prohibited.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Lab & Platform Usage
- Access to labs, virtual machines, and third-party environments (e.g., INE, AWS, Pentest Garage) is for authorized educational use only.
- You must not attempt to attack, disrupt, or misuse lab infrastructure beyond approved exercises.
- Any malicious activity within labs or platforms may result in termination of access and reporting to authorities.
8. Certification & Assessments
- Certifications are awarded based on successful completion of assessments, lab evaluations, or examinations as defined in each program.
- RedTeam Hacker Academy reserves the right to revoke or deny certification in cases of malpractice, plagiarism, or violation of ethical standards.
9. Assessment Integrity
- You must complete exams, labs, and assessments independently and honestly.
- Use of unauthorized materials, impersonation, or cheating during exams is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in disqualification, revocation of certification, and permanent ban from future enrollments.
10. Placement Assistance Policy
- RedTeam Hacker Academy provides career guidance and placement assistance, including:
- Technical Trainings
- Interview preparation
- Career counseling
- Introductions to hiring partners and industry networks
- We do not guarantee employment. Placement outcomes depend on the student’s own performance, skills, eligibility, and employer requirements.
- No assurances are made regarding specific salaries, job roles, or placement timelines.
11. Global Compliance & Ethics
- Students must follow international cybersecurity laws, local regulations, and ethical hacking frameworks.
- Misuse of knowledge for illegal activities will not be tolerated and may be reported to authorities.
12. Liability & Limitation of Liability
- Educational Purpose Only
All training, labs, and content are provided for educational and professional development purposes. RedTeam Hacker Academy does not take responsibility for how knowledge is applied outside the classroom. - No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:- Job placements, salaries, or career progression
- Business or professional success
- Legal immunity if cybersecurity skills are misused
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedTeam Hacker Academy, its affiliates, partners, trainers, and employees shall not be liable for:- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss, system downtime, or business interruptions
- Claims arising from misuse of knowledge or violation of laws by students
- Third-Party Content & Partners
Some training content, labs, or certifications are provided by global partners (e.g., EC Council, INE, CompTIA, Cisco). RedTeam Hacker Academy is not liable for errors, delays, or limitations caused by such third-party platforms or services.
13. Payments, Refunds & Subscriptions
- Course fees must be paid in full (or per agreed plan) before access is granted.
- Refund policies are clearly defined per region/program and may vary.
- Unauthorized use of payment methods may result in suspension and legal action.
14. Student Code of Conduct
We expect every student to:
- Maintain professional behavior in online and offline classes.
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students.
- Avoid sharing offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Report any misuse, harassment, or misconduct immediately.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedTeam Hacker Academy, its affiliates, trainers, partners, and employees against claims arising from misuse of training, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.
16. Data Privacy
- We collect and process personal information (e.g., name, contact details, payment information) for enrollment, training, certification, and placement purposes.
- We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the country where you enrolled, while also aligning with applicable international standards and cybersecurity regulations.
18. Media & Marketing Consent
- By enrolling with RedTeam Hacker Academy, you grant us the right to use your name, photograph, video recordings, testimonials, placement achievements, and success stories for educational, placement, and promotional purposes.
- Such materials may be used on our website, LMS, social media channels, brochures, or partner platforms.
- We will always use this material in a respectful and professional manner and will not disclose sensitive personal information without your consent.
